I think she's been pretty open about having serious body image issues,she's probably been seeing a therapist who's told her she has to love herself for who and what she is and not worry about what other people think so she is eating the kind of food she likes and not working out insanely like she did as a young girl/teenager.

plus, didn't she divorce that guido guy she was TV married to... maybe she really did love him and she is eating emotionally

or they are photoshopping this shit to create news.

One would have expected more discussion of her clothing style making her look heavier than she is/was. The media has commented on that. Nevertheless, she probably was slightly overweight at the concert. She also probably has been underweight in the past; her face looks masculine when her weight drops.
