Down vests in tweed? Pendleton fabrics? Parka in green?

Words escape me.

From men.style.com...
We've long touted Seattle's Crescent Down Works for its made-in-the-U.S.A. practices and styling"”most recently, the line's anorak starred in our spring Team America trend report. The brand's bread and butter, though, remains down, as with this stylish "Italian" vest now available at L.A.'s South Willard. That's Italian in name only, it seems: The herringbone tweed"”sophisticated and Continental though it may be"”comes from the American mills of hipster favorite Pendleton.
Long touted... since last month!

All of these crappy sites should just rename their blogs as "What I read on clothing message boards today".

Yes, I proxied a down shirt jacket from japan in a green/tan colorway (like the black/tan one). I'll post pictures when I get around to it.

I'm still thinking about one the vests too, though I'm probably going to wait until it's cold again.

Did we ever find anywhere to buy this stuff other than SW and Rakuten?

I don't know but, they're based in Seattle. Only three or four blocks away actually. Maybe I'll go and ask them.

Yeah that'd be great. If you do make it down there you could also ask if they're still doing the wool vests.

Hmmm... I wonder how they feel about B&E?

Yeah but is there another option? Willard said they would not do a special order.
