Foofed version fafails.

Also - look at the angle at which the picture is taken. The jacket could very well be slim fitting in line with the arms but you wouldn't be able to tell from this angle.

Doesn't matter if the suit is somewhat skinnier: the sleeves are still super-silly skinny.

I agree too some extent that the sleeves might be on the narrow side but you have to consider the suit/silhouette as a whole, not the jacket all by itself.

No-way, the sleeves rock. I hate overly full sleeves, there is no-reason for them. You can have much greater arm movement with high cut skinny sleeves. Agnelli always wore his caraceni sleeves skinny. On the other hand i think they can be too skinny like yfyf's suits.

Very nice. Those sleeves are somewhat in between the original and the 'foofed' version.

Keep in mind, Agnelli is shown at less of an angle. Full sleeves look wider from the side than from the front.

Naturally. But consider this.

A jacket made for Agnelli. The sleeves doesn't look overly full to me, granted it's his nephew wearing it.

I actually think those are pretty full--as full as my own. I think we tend to assess contemporary and iconic dressers by different standards. Contemporary dressers seem to be measured by contemporary trends mush of the time (skinny sleeves, skinny pants, short jacket, etc.)--but iconic dressers like Agnelli, the Duke, and Astaire wore clothes that are very much the opposite of those things, and we praise them to no end. None of the aforementioned icons ever wore skinny sleeves--in fact, their sleeves were quite full--yet contemporary eyes seem to ignore that anomoly in their glowing appraisals.

Really? I think they look pretty standard, though I relive they would have been fuller on Agnelli himself. Anyway, I prefer a 'fuller' sleeve myself, but not linebacker full.

Someone should look up pictures of the Duke and Agnelli. From an angle, I bet they look more linebacker-ish then many here would be comfortable with.

It's the proportions. You have a smaller body to begin with so any full arms will look disproportionately large on you but normal on the others

Here are a pair of the Duke's

it's quite hard to asses the linebacker fullness of these, altough in the first photo I think it's quite adequate to say that the sleeves are rather full; it's quite easy to deduct that they're fuller than the 'unfoofed' photo we're discussing but keep in mind that his trousers are also way 'fuller' than that photo which makes it more appropriate.
