Collecting does not interest me and makes clothing look stupid (how many barely used things can you own before you look like you throw your clothes away after one wearing). I know some will say that, for example, I don't own any monks or jodphurs or loafers or etc etc.
My shoes wardrobe as of now
Black captoe oxford
Black chelseas
Black austerity brogued boots
Black wingtips
Black plaintoe derbies
Wine plaintoe derbies (got some blue in it, weird Corthay colour)
Whisky captoe zip boots
Brown captoes oxford
Brown plaintoe oxford (bicycle toe), might get rid of this one although it doesn't look bad.
Chocolate chukka boots
Grey double zip distressed boots
White dancing shoes
Black hi-top sneakers
White hi-top sneakers
White lo-top sneakers
Has this changed since 3 years now?
During my time in acquiring footwear, I limited myself to 10:
Black side-zip officer boots with a wedge sole
Black side-zip boots
White reverse kangaroo lace boots
Brown (chestnut) pull on boots (think MMM, but mine are Silent Damir Doma)
Black cap-toe oxfords
Black plaintoe derbies
*edit* Black plaintoe derbies (Forgot about these Raf Simons lol)
Black suede derbies
Nike flyknit in black (sequoia)
Out of the current 9 pairs, I can honestly say 3 of them I feel comfortable wearing in the office. Looks like I am missing a brown suede and leather (perhaps one with a medallion design or punched cap-toe).
Should have a pair of Guidi in gray coming soon.
So, after an edit, looks like I'll be with 11 instead of 10

. Perhaps I should consider letting the Raf's go as they do not see much wear.
