When you email them, let them know what you want to order and where you live. Depending on the order, they'll charge shipping and give you a final price in MYR. They'll then send you an order form with the items you want listed and the price. You fill in the shipping address and billing information and send it back to them.
I've ordered a pair of handgrade CJ's with trees and it was free shipping. I then ordered a CJ belt a couple of months later and shipping was around $10-$15. It took about 2 weeks for me to get my order.

I'm not sure what it costs for bench grade, but shipping is (I think) still free on the hand grades.
If you're in the UK, why don't you order from pediwear? I haven't personally, but it looks like another well-regarded source for SF'ers.
