PSA: Yoox Collecting Sales Tax for NY and NJ Orders

NJ is requiring online companies to collect sales tax as well? Edit: Nevermind, it looks like they have company facilities in New Jersey.

No sales tax on clothes in NJ tho...

It's legal and makes sense. Yoox has an office in New York, and thus they have to charge for sales tax throughout the state of New York.

They also have a warehouse in New Jersey, and that's why they need to charge sales tax there.

There is no TAX on clothing in New Jersey!! So what are they taxing us on!?

I had this issue a few weeks back. Estimate tax showed up on the check out. I had to call up and speak with someone to have it removed. They made it sound like it as a glitch in the system. Pain in the a** but, worth it to save 70-80%.

I ordered from them a week ago. They charged me sales tax but refunded it automatically after 2 days of shipping it out.
