My wife is picking up some white 514s for me today from the Levis Store on her girls-out shopping trip. She goes, "White jeans? Are you SURE?" I said, "Uh, yeah. You saw Quantum with me, remember?" Yes, I'm pathetic.

+1. So far, those are the best looking option I've found, considering I'll only wear them in Spain, Miami, and possibly to some kind of costume party.

My white 514s look good. The lower rise gives them a slightly more 60s-mod feel, to me, than the 501s. My only criticism is the minor distressing near the front pocket tops. But it's not terribly noticeable.

What would you recommend with the sizing on those levi 501's? I am between generally a 30. Should I size down to a 29?
