Can anyone recommend a good, indoor cigar lounge in the East Bay or downtown SF with good ventilation?

A prerequisite for a comfortable indoor shooting range experience also..

I smoke in my condo and some neighbors used to complain. On the other hand I've had neighbors compliment me on what they thought were really pleasant aromas....go figure.

I'm in Chicago and used to smoke at Jorgio's in Greektown because you could get a Turkish coffee with your cigar or a Metaxa 5 or 7-year. Jorgio's closed so now I go to Tesa's which is actually a pretty nice place. I treasure these places because there a so few places to smoke anymore. We are being pushed underground

Does anyone else have a problem with smoking on a condo balcony? Im looking for a new condo right now that has a balcony, but if I cant smoke on it, there is no point in having one. Any thoughts?

I have a balcony and won't smoke on it. I live in downtown Chicago and the wind is usually blowing too much for smoking. There is something about smoking indoors to catch all the nuanced aromas of the smoke. I'll smoke outside but I usually won't smoke my best stuff outdoors.
