Today's specials are Squid ravioli in a lemon grass broth with goat cheese profiteroles, Arugula Caesar salad, Swordfish meat loaf with onion marmalade, Rare roasted partridge breast in raspberry coulis with a sorrel timbale, and Grilled free-range rabbit with herb french fries

Manton may try to make his peanut butter soup with smoked duck and mashed squash ("New York Matinee called it a "˜playful but mysterious little dish.' He'll love it.")

Kwilk will attempt red snapper with violets and pine nuts.

However, as the underdog - I will smash all comers with my sea urchin ceviche. I hear its "GREAT".

Doesn't Iron Chef rely a lot upon the ability to improvise on the fly? Manton's experience may balance out kwilk's skillz.

I hope this event happens IRL sometime. Maybe we need an elimination round with other aspiring chefs for the right to face kwilk.
