Maca seems to have a noticeable effect.

Damn this thread for putting the thought of increasing load size in my head. My libido is more than fine, but god it would be fun to pull a Peter North every now and then...

Passion Xâ„¢ Female Libido is designed especially for women who wish to enhance sexual pleasure, libido, stamina, orgasms, lubrication, climaxes and overall sexual satisfaction and performance naturally! Many women experience a decrease in sexual desire or satisfaction due to contributing factors such as stress, depression, childbirth, menopause or hormonal fluctuations. Statistically speaking, more women than men suffer from a reduced sex drive, while most women ignore their feelings, believing that a decline in libido is, just something that happens, not something that can be easily corrected. However, Passion Xâ„¢ Female Libido can help a woman to empower herself by regaining the essence of her own orgasmic reality she deserves!

Zinc, lecithin, maca, all great. I'm drinking my pineapple juice /maca smoothie right now as a matter of fact. Gets me through my work day so much better than coffee.

zinc deficiency leads to lower test. if you have adequate zinc levels, then taking more won't do anything. but, if you are athletic, have sex, and/or jack off on a regular basis, chances are your zinc levels are low. oatmeal doesn't raise test, but frees up the test you already have for your body to use. eat oatmeal. (if you don't like oatmeal, get some bulk avena sativa powder from bulknutrition.com, it's cheap, but i'd rather just eat oatmeal than take yet another supplement). lecithin makes my loads huge, i mean peter north would be jealous. don't bother with lecithin caps unless you want to take 10 of them or more a day. get the granules, mix it in lowfat yogurt, about 2 tablespoons worth per serving. you'll be popping off huge loads. or mix it in your oatmeal or protein shake or something. just dont mix the granules in water, it's like drinking a cup full of boogers heh. maca is the king of all supps as far as i'm concerned. too much to type about it, research it and do yourself a favor and get a kilo from therootofthematter.ca. it'll give you so much energy you'll feel like running a marathon. and yes, it kicks the sex drive up into outer space.

.

Is this the same thing as the "soy lecithin" I drink in my protein shakes?

p.s. I totally take back that my drive is "meh". I just kept my hands off myself for a few days and all of a sudden I kick ass in the sack. Who knew.

Yep soy lecithin. The next day after taking 2 tablespoons I notice a HUGE difference. But some guys say it's bullshit and does nothing. I guess it's a YMMV thing. But lecithin granules are so cheap, why not try to see. 3 lbs of granules are 10 bucks from Swansonvitamins.com edit: probably goes without saying but drink lots of water too

What kind of maca do you take? Also how much?

Try looking for some aphrodisiac foods. I did some search and some of these are Anise, basil, carrot, salvia, gladiolus root, orchid bulbs, pistachio nuts, rocket (arugula), sage, sea fennel, turnips, skink flesh (a type of lizard) and river snails.

Raw black maca powder from www.therootofthematter.ca. I take 1 - 3 teaspoons daily. I got a sample from him of the gelatinized maca, which I really like too and will probably restock with that once my kilo or raw powder runs dry. I asked Ken (owner of that site) to send me some black maca rather than the yellow "cream" maca that's advertised on his site. Black maca is the only type where studies have shown an increase in sperm production and mobility in humans, and nootropic effects found when given to rats. Black costs 5 bucks more per kilo than normal. Also, red maca has been shown to be the only type of maca to actually shrink the prostate, but root of the matter doesn't carry it and I don't care about that at my age anyway atm FYI: Claims that maca changes hormone levels are false. It does nothing to your hormone levels, so don't buy the claim that it will boost testosterone. Yes, it's a great libido enhancer, but, your test levels will stay the same while taking it.

You're also not supposed to take it for extended periods of time. You need to give your body a break from it occasionally.
I've read conflicting shit on that, but yeah, cycling it may be a good idea if it's effects lessen over time. There should be no harm though if you decide to take it continuously, since it's technically a food rather than a supplement.

Is there somewhere to order the black powder on the site? All I could find were the capsules (which I would actually prefer to take if they're just as good).

Thanks. I ordered some of the regular raw maca to try. I'll try the black maca next.

I've actually tried two other kinds of maca before (not root of the matter)...one was decent and one sucked and made me dizzy.
