Well I looked at what you got real quick, and it doesn't say that extract is standardized, so I have no idea what you are getting.

But...no I do not take 4-5 daily. Maca is something that loses its effect the more you take it. It's something generally recommended you cycle, one month on, one month off, or take it 5 days and stay off of it for 2 days a week.

I only take the 4-5 caps as a pre-workout supplement when I feel sluggish.

I just put it in a glass then add orange juice and stir it. It works well and disguises the taste. However I've tried it raw and think it tastes quite nice!

As far as Peter North type results, it doesn't seem to be working noticeably, although I'll keep taking it until the tub runs out.
