Well I looked at what you got real quick, and it doesn't say that extract is standardized, so I have no idea what you are getting.
But...no I do not take 4-5 daily. Maca is something that loses its effect the more you take it. It's something generally recommended you cycle, one month on, one month off, or take it 5 days and stay off of it for 2 days a week.
I only take the 4-5 caps as a pre-workout supplement when I feel sluggish.
