Does anyone else really love Ryvita?

With cheese it's an awesome snack.

I am not familiar with ryvita, but cheese by itself is a great snack. 40g of cheese (two slices of presliced cheese) in between every meal is a good, healthy way to up your calcium intake, and also a great way to avoid the bad snack routine of "Hmm, I'm hungry, I think I'll have a packet of <insert poison>". Also, a spoonful of peanut butter! Good oils and fats are essential.
