Yeah, they're solid shoes and I didn't see a need for the $200+ Adidas. I sized up (EU45 for US11). An EU44 would fit too but with the vamp strap my feet don't move around in them anyway. If I got them true to size my toes might be a bit too cozy. YMMV.

If you roll your ankle in a pair of running Frees while making a lateral cut, weak foot muscles might quickly become the least of your problems.

What should I look into if I'm interested in a good, relatively cheap, decent looking pair of running shoes? Something with good shock absorption or whatever for the knees.
