I have the option to buy a very nice B&B Italia sectional (see link below). It is in a grey wool herringbone fabric, and a large couch with a lounge on one side. This retails currently for 15,000USD. The one I am being offered is 7 years old, has some light wear and fading. They are asking 5,000 for it. Some of you may or may not be familiar with how pricing on such an item works. I have NO clue. Any ball park ideas are great so I can make a counter offer. Thank you in advance!
