When it comes to haircuts, I've always gone to the as-cheap-as-possible places--like Supercuts. Well, I've had a few bad experiences recently, and I want to step it up a notch. I'm looking for value here, and I'm not looking for a status/elite/lux place. It could be a hole-in-the-wall for all I care. Can anyone recommend a inexpensive-but-good barber in Orange County, CA?
