they're the stacked skinnies that I had hemmed so it wouldnt stack. I love the fit as well, for me the best cut Levis has made in eons. The stacking bit just wasnt my cuppa so I got rid of it

Sauce, Always dig your outfits, because they are clean, simple, fit well and always have an interesting detail. While this ensemble generally fits the above description, IMHO it is missing something, but I'm not quite sure what..the fit is amazing as usual though.

What it's mostly missing is a decent picture in full light... I only took a couple, and this was the best one. It's more interesting than it appears there, though that doesn't necessarily mean it's interesting. For instance, the shoes are actually burgundy, and there's more contrast between the top and the jeans than appears in the pic, though not tons.

Ah..That is more interesting, sounds good with burgundy shoes and the color difference between the jeans and shirt. You're right, I think it was the lack of light in the pic and my lousy monitor that makes it seem as if the outfit was a drab black color from head to toe.

"Drab black color from head to toe" still isn't that far off--it's entirely possible that it's both a bland outfit AND a bad pic.

Unshaven, Patrick Bateman hair, hearing "Daaaaaamn" all day:

Etro double pinstripe 3btn suit
Hermes blue stripe shirt
Band of Outsiders wool/silk navy tie
Lanvin bijoux tie pin
Yves Saint Laurent black suede stub toe wingtip slip ons
Glashutte Original PanoReserve

Justin, does that tie pin actually pin thru the tie and close behind it?

if so, do you find it leaves holes?

Those kind of tie pins were/are real popular in the skinhead scene, where fellas wear them to hold pocketsquares in place, so it goes thru the top of your jacket, into the pocketsquare, and closes behind it. The hole issue is the main reason I never adopted it, even tho I think it's a boss way to keep the ps in place from shifting about

It actually could be a lapel pin too since instead of going straight out and having a little cap at the end of the pin it actually does a 90degree angle and runs "down" from the jewel and is about 2.5" long. This tie isn't a regular silk and is a 70/20 wool/silk knit so it really doesn't leave a hole.

Amazing pattern and color coordination, justin. You're almost making me not want to sell my Etro pinstripe jacket. The tie looks awesome. The blend makes it look textured and unique.. and it appears to be the perfect width as well. Braidkid, love the fit as always. The shoes are especially nice. Are they NDC?
