SoCal2NYC, your fits always look awesome but I've got one small comment today. If I were you, I'd position your pocket square so that its angle mirrors your lapel. In the second picture, it looks like the peaks go from left to right. If they were from right to left to right, the result would compliment the suit's natural angles nicely.

Thanks for the advice amigo. But, when it comes to a flower/puff I just shove it in and go...I don't like a studied look.

GS, does BS still make those shirts? I have one from a few years back... 3 button collar, cutout and button on sleeves... it's an M and is too large on me though, and is now worn mostly under sweaters

I love driving around the lake when in town either to visit my friend on Tahoe dr or as a "shortcut" to Barham and into Burbank.

If you're in the neighborhood and want to grab a coffee sometime, send me a PM.

Raise your hand if everything in your house smells like a fire pit.

surprisingly, Ben Sherman's up'd their game in the last year. For a long time it was all Am-Jack wear marketed with a mod slant (???) but now they have a "Signature" line which is repro's of the classic Ben Shermans (like the buttondowns)

Their best recent era was back in 2001 when they had their "vintage" line which is basically what the new "Signature" line is.

If you can find a Made in UK BS buttondown, you'll find they're quite different from the US ones, a slimmer fit, taller collars, better stitching overall, and no colored buttons, just clear ones. Also 100% cotton (US ones are a cotton/poly mix). Usually only available on mod/skinhead sites AFAIK. In the US shirts I wear a small, in the UK shirts I wear med

Thanks man. The last time I checked out BS's website, everything was all ska/2Tone - but the clothes didn't even come close to reflecting the 2Tone/rude boy style.
