What Are You Wearing Now/Today Part I - Page 551

Yesterday heading out, breaking in some new steez:

New AA hood - $23 @ Amazon, considering getting one more but these are so damn long at the zipper especially, hope it will shrink in the length
Avirex Goatskin A2 - Vintage store
Let' Watch t-shirt (invisible) - Don Quixote Shinjuku
EG brown quick release - Drinkwaters
RRL black slim (bootcut?) - Forum Buying & Selling
Purcell - Zappos

I loosened up the belt a notch (jeans were comfortable but looked wedgified) and after looking at the pics, changed out to my Kelmes from the Purcells. I think these jeans are too short to wear with the Purcells, because from the front they look somehow girly. The bottom doesn't break enough. See, this is why we need 36s in the SFx5EP - these jeans measure a 35" inseam and they barely break!

How tall are you?

6'0, and usually take a 34" inseam in jeans and about a 33" in dress pants (longish legs). These just happen to be really slim and the honeycombing has shortened them significantly. They will probably gain a little effective length as they break in.

weird, I'm 6'2 and take 34' in dress pants and anywhere from 34-36 in jeans (I usually don't stack at all - cowboy look). That AA hoodie looks good, I'm wary because their cardigan was a POS, but for $23 I might pick one up.

D_D - So were the jeans hard to get on and off?

umm...no, i mean you do have to angle your foot to get around the curves. It's pretty amazing work. With a ridiculous inseam length.

I think the jeans look quite nice. The long inseam works well with the twisting. Are they a copy of the CCP jeans?

j, leather jacket looks awesome.

What is the inseam length?, there's a tremendous amount of stacking going on.

both, it seems. the listed measurements sounded like a slim 38, but in actuality it's more of a standard 36. i think you may be right about the sleeves, though... if anyone knows where to find a 38R with 18" shoulders, 25.5" sleeves, and <19" pit-to-pit, i'd be endlessly indebted. think i might just keep this and wear it unbuttoned for the time being...
