I was wondering if anyone could reccomend a good tailor in the Sacramento or Bay Area regions? After comming to this forum, i'm hesitant to go to my local Nordstroms to get my suits fit. Any suggestions would help. thanks.
Victor Tailor in San Francisco is excellent. Â He's provided alterations to retailers such as Dunhill, Sulka, and Versace. Â His gruff demeanor is more than offset by his meticulous attention to detail. Â (415) 397-6312. Â He's located practically next door to Wilkes Bashford.
I second Victor's Tailors. Victor is currently doing my alterations. He does alterations for Wilkes as well, and is one of the tailors that Wilkes recommends. Jon Minor, another Wilkes recommendation, is very good too. But he works by himself and often is too busy to take on new clients.
