Great guy overall. Not only he accepted a return of the item he sold to me (some minor detail was not exactly as described), but he offered a full refund or "store credit" with an extra 15% discount. I ended up with an item that surpassed, in fit, the one I originally ordered, and, IMO, at a great price.

I nearly forgot about pointing out another notable transaction. I purchased of pair of Zegna Incos from norcaltransplant last month. I noticed a very small but fixable hole in them that may not have been picked up. He promptly offered a partial refund to help cover this. I was suitably impressed.

Great experience with constant struggle. Deal done on March 5th and had received the product in Ireland on the morning of March 12th.

just got my RLPL cashmere sweater from prajna12 for pennies on the dollar:




this is the got to be the sickest cut, fabric , decadent cashmere sweater ive owned yet. you all missed out on this sweater i am telling you the truth. he downplayed the sweater to a fault.

i had my differences with prajna12, but as men we both moved on , and he still gives me the best of service, deal, and product . professional guy im going to look out for more from him.
