On the other hand, Harbin I don't know what the fuck it will take to mend trust. Maybe find trustworthy buyers and send items before receiving a payment or something...the cute avatar also helps

Good Luck BLA, I think there is enough implicating evidence here that paypal should come down on your side. Last thing he needs is to fight over a few dollaz...hand over the money and then a little extra for the time wasted.

Just FINALLY got my refund from Harbin. No extra money for time wasted or anything else. I would strongly advise staying as far away from this user as possible!

I'd like to rep for Harbin. I'm sorry for what happened to BeatLA, (I've had the same happen to me over at sufu, and I never got my cash back, so I sympathize) but I dealt with Harbin and got my item with absolutely no drama.

I purchased a pair of jeans from b^2. After I had sent payment he noticed a problem, but offered very reasonable solutions to the problem, fixed it very quickly, and still managed to ship the same day. Impressive, honest seller - would gladly do business again.

I also purchased a shirt from JOA, who gave me a very reasonable deal without much negotiation.

?

Dude got caught trying to rip someone off for just over 200 bones.

You can try and paint the situation with another brush but it's really as simple as that. I know for a fact that Harbin is presently trying to sell again, so I am reluctant to conclude that he has changed for the better after all this. I wouldn't be surprised if he coaxed you to post what you did.

It's time I start doing this.

ataru. Commits to buying my Dry Bones Classic Pinstripe Chambray for a whopping $55 dollars shipped to North Carolina and then balks at having the pay the 4% paypal fees.

If this guy shoes interest, don't waste your time. Clearly he acts on impulse.

Nope. He didn't have to coax me into doing anything.

I'm glad I didn't have drama. And I'm sorry Beat did. End of story.

HARBIN started selling again. Just wanna encourage beatla and others to leave him negative trader feedback.

Pests should be exterminated.

Doesn't surprise me. I think it was a couple of days after BeatLA received his money for the Alden's Harbin tried to steal that he turned around and offered to sell them to me. They're beautiful shoes, so I gave him my conditions if I were ever to consider doing business with him. Up until then he had been very talkative and polite; his response to my conditions was very curt and dismissive. I knew right away that he hadn't learned a damn thing from everything that occurred and thus concluded that the only thing that would have sparked a change was had legal action been taken.
