I'm completely (and pleasantly) aware of today's stuff.
There is no way I could read a book after I smoke nowadays. Sometimes I can barely talk.

I was always a fan of Barrie Konicov's self-hypnosis tapes.

The Magic of Believing by Claude Bristol can assist with changing your mind-set. You should also look at :Conversations with God ( Don't know of your belief or disbelief in a higher power)by Neil Donald Walsch, it was also made into a wonderful independent film. The Way of the Peaceful
Warrior by Dan Millman( Also a great movie on DVD with Nick Nolte). May the changes come in 09 and beyond.
