You don't need to develop a method to detox yourself... Evolution has already solved that problem... Just let your liver do its work normally and don't drink any alcohol or take any NSAIDs.

How would that make you throw up? You put just a little bit of paprika in.... Not a substantial amount.
You can even do it without the paprika.

it depends what you put in your salad - bacon, cheese, fruit, more bacon and cheese, some bread, etc. then you pick out the bacon cheese and bread, make a sandwich, have the fruit for dessert and you're all set.

chlorella algae. its tough cell wall binds to metals like mercury, aluminum, cadmium. it also has the highest level of chlorophyll of any plant in the world. essentially it's a vegetable on steroids. this is what i take and swear by: http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?pid=147&at=0
