I'm not sure, but I want one now. What is the "proper" way? I've had them steamed and dipped into some sort of mayo/aioli/whatever. Is that the WT way?

j, that's fine IMO. I do that sometimes and if I don't wind up eating the hearts after the petals are done, will save them for something else.
