kayfabe?

Honestly, you should cut down. Reaching to 32" is not difficult.
And I find the conventional wisdom among the public is that looking a bit slimmer looks better than a body that could deadlift a Morris Minor.
But doing it while looking hard and big is not easy.

I would have thought you would look much much bigger given your stats and doing all those compound movement. But looking at that pic, I feel, I dont know? Disappointed.
Maybe you should relook at your routine. I know this taught me not to emphasis too much on compounds and even 'minor' exercises like shrugs, biceps curls, calves extensions do have its place.

6'3" 159lbs ~36" Chest ~31" waist

I was actually smaller before I came to Japan. I blame stress and drinking for making me get a little chunky about the waist area. Ill get back in to working out soon though now that I am finally settled in my apartment and have control over my diet again.

I am the smallest here

. 5'1, 110 pounds, around 30" chest, 28" waist It's weird though, I eat as much as possible and make sure I keep preservative **** to a minimum. I don't work out at all either, so I should be bigger (fatter) than I am. Meh. I will be going to a gym, when I can afford it, right now I can't even afford a good diet so I don't want to stress my body out.
