Diet and exercise usually work

Eat less calories than you burn. Really, you don't even need to count calories. Keep eating less until you're losing about 1-1.5lbs a week. Train 3-4 days a week. HIIT for cardio, lots of compounds.

HIIT is ridiculous. It even sounds silly. Why not say 'run for cardio'? It sounds better, makes sense to more people, and is equally effective.

jog, run, or sprint?
The difference between jogging and running is whether or not you put your balls into it.

Sprinting is for athletes.

I did all three while I was still boxing, before bootcamp. What's the best one to build up my stamina again? It's lacking.

Jog for 30 seconds, 100% all-out effort sprint for 10 seconds and repeat that for as long as you can manage.

Easy there, there's no need to be addicted to terminology. Just have a sound lifestyle by eating healthy foods, more greens and fruit and cutting back on sugar based drinks, beer, burgers, fries, etc. And exercise frequently, like walking
