Is credit card holder a fancy way of saying "Wallet"? Or is it something else. Why not just carry a wallet around with you.

-Wallet
-Cell Phone
-Keys
-IPod
-Gum

Michael, I sometimes carry a grenade, or a quarter stick in mypockets. I strongly reccomend it. It really helps and has a better light than a flashlight does ^-^

It's kind of a wallet, except there is no room for any money in it. It's just a small, rectangular metal, plastic or leather case about the size of a credit card/business card:

It's much smaller and slimmer than a regular wallet, which is why I prefer it.

They are designed to store business cards.

Not sure how things are over in the U.S., but here in Europe (Scandinavia) they have been the trend instead of a wallet for many people around 15-35 for nearly a decade, and I hardly ever see anyone in that age group use them for business cards. Some people carry thicker ones with more space, so they can fit a small stack of business cards in addition to the credit cards, but my impression is that wallet replacement is the primary goal of carrying them for most people. BTW: I'm not sure if that's the kind of accessories I would spend nearly $300 on. The one I linked costs less than $4, and that includes international shipping! (I like it better in plain finish though, but considering the price I just ordered it to see how it looks). Granted, the one you linked is sterling silver, but is that really worth $300? It's even branded. For the price I would expect a clean surface.

Man, some people are really stuffing their pockets! On workdays, I only have my cellphone in the right trouser pocket and my car keys in the left pocket. The rest goes into my bag. Outside of work same story, only then I usually have a (flat) wallet in my left pocket. I don't really like to walk around with a lot of stuff in my pockets.
