Marley & Me

Best movie I've seen in a long time. I was crying but it was a great film. Tremendous performances by Owen Wilson and Jennifer Aniston.

No magic, no cop chases, no villains, just a real movie about real life.

Loved it!

I will probably see it in the next few weeks, but the atrocious grammar in the tittle is nearly enough to put me off!

Bradford, I read the book and now look forward to the movie in a few days. The book was excellent, and the stories really resonated with me as my rambunctious dog was only a year old when I read it.

The book was hard to read at the end, I suspect the movie will have a similar affect.

Haven't seen the movie, read the book. I get the sense that the movie is more "slapstick-y" and exaggerated Marley's antics. Some people have commented how "sad" the book and movie are at the end. Hmmm...a big dog living to age 14 before he dies? I wish I could have experienced such "sadness" with my Tosas!

The grammar is not necessarily incorrect, "Marley and Me" isn't a sentence, it's a fragment. Therefore, depending on the (non-existent) context, either "I" or "me" could be correct. Also, you spelled "title" wrong.

I loved it as well but very sad.

Not only did I have a one year old when I read the book, but my beloved dog of 16 years had passed away a year earlier.

I saw it christmas day. There wasn't a dry eye in the theater.

Good movie. Not great, but good.

My gf's dalmation is getting to that stage. The poor thing doesn't even have enough energy to get up on the couch. So, this movie was particularly touching for my gf and her family. All and all, I think it was good, maybe a little longer than it needed to be.

I saw it today with the girlfriend and was not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised.

I saw it today. It wasn't quite as funny as I thought it would be, and definitely sadder than I expected. Overall, it was good, but too much of a reminder of the sadness I experienced with my previous dog.
