Ralph Lauren lines, and 'who makes what' - a definitive guide - Page 31

post #451 of 459

Perhaps a little bit off topic, but may I ask the quality of Ralph Lauren Collection, which seems to be the Purple Label for women? How does it compare with RLPL from quality point of view?

Thanks!

100% older Corneliani. I set up a website that helps identify maker by the tags.

The below was posted in the HOF: Labels, heels and nail patterns - Secrets to ID the maker thread but can anyone here confirm who made that jacket? My understanding is that the newer RLBL without the white Caruso tag is not made by Caruso any longer? Any help would be great

Hi guys. I purchased this RL BL sport jacket BNWT yesterday for a song and don't recognize the inside labels. I've looked through this thread for info but can't seem to successfully identify it. Any ideas on both the maker and fabric?

Edit: If it helps the retail was $1595.

None of my RLBL or RLPL have the silver Caruso tag, so I would not automatically assume that it is no longer made by Caruso.

In fact, just checking a RLPL coat of mine, it has the same supplier code (25094) so I would assume nothing has changed and they are still made by Caruso.

Awesome, thanks for the into! Is there a list of Ralph Lauren supplier codes corresponding to who the maker is? If this has been spoken about at length before just let me know and I'll read through the thread. Did a quick search and did not see the "25094 supplier code" mentioned prior. Could be wrong though.

25094 = Caruso

etc

etc
