What's on your Christmas menu?

Just curious what everyone is serving for Christmas this year since their isn't quite the same standardized menu as Thanksgiving. As it's just my mother, grandmother, and me for dinner, we just pick our favorite foods and make them, which for the last few years has been:

-Crab cakes
-Caesar salad
-Beef Tenderloin w/ a horseradish cream sauce on the side
-Rosemary & garlic roasted red potatoes
-Chocolate mousse (purchased)

I'll be opening a Burgundy I've been saving and they're drinking champagne.

Anyone else?

just freed up christmas lunch, so due to short notice will be doing it at the country club - quite a begging session to get a table this late. It's usually good, so will update as I lay prone afterwards.

Pesto crusted, roast racks of lamb
Garlic/wasabi mashers
Butternut squash
micro-greens salad with miso vinagrette

Have not chosen the wine yet, but leaning to my favorite varietal, Pinot Noir. I've got this very small batch bottling by Siduri, can't remember the vineyard name, but cost me nearly $100 and got high 90s in all the ratings. Maybe that one.

Small breakfast at lola. French toast for lunch using brioche from Macrina Bakery. Whatever I can find that's easy to make from Delaurenti.
