Poll away before you get sick of the media coverage. I think he's quilty but will be acquitted.

I think he is not very normal but not guilty of what he is accused and that he will be acquited

michael jackson is an extremely eccentric person and i don't doubt that he may very well be innocent. sleeping with kids that are not your own is weird, but it's not against the law. if you watch or read any media coverage it's obvious that the reporters exaggerate the evidence against him. however, i recently heard that they found child pornography belonging to him. IF this is true, that should be enough to convict him.

And then will you change your signature?? JJF <---------- who thinks that this is getting much more publicity that it should.

Yikes, I agree with Ernest. MJ is a very eccentric guy, in the sense that in this cynical world of ours, we snicker at anyone so earnest and caring. He sleeps with other children, but he does it in a non-sexual manner much like when we were kids, and we'd all sleep together with our friends on the floor at a overnight party. This current case is from a family of grifters. They have a history of filing bogus charges to extort money. From what I've heard, this family didn't come across well under cross examination. Too many cases of them lying. And, the original charge, I always found a little dubious as well. If your child was really molested, then why would you settle out of court for a big payoff. The money didn't mean anything to MJ back then since he had so much. I'm actually considering going down to the courthouse to support MJ. His last single and video was still electric.

I think he is not guilty of this particular case, but I have my doubts as to other cases involving the same activities. I have to believe that at some point, everything that has been said and the hoopla that has been built over the past years, he is guilty of some thype of child crime. I should hope not, but it seems something is amiss. Why have so many people made accusations and so many been paid off, there is a pattern here.

I'm surprised - I think the guy is clearly a kid-toucher. This is not the first allegation against him, and just because the family is shady, doesn't mean they're lying. There's apparently a lot of evidence against him, including both his and his victims fingerprints on porno mags in his bedroom. And I don't buy the whole innocent sleepover idea: when you had sleepovers as a kid, did you sleep in the same bed?

I have no doubt that there was something inapropriate going on. Hard to say what, I wouldn't be suprised if MJ's sexuallity was so bizairre as to be almost impossible to explain to a normal person, but I am sure that there was sexual gratification involved.

True, but it's probably enough to create reasonable doubt.  See Kobe Bryant, Robert Blake.

Maybe, because MJ is naive and innocent, somebody who sees the best in people. And, for grifters and schemers, this makes him an easy mark. As for porn in the bedroom, so what? Who doesn't have a playboy somewhere?

yeah but mostly teenage boys have to turn a middle aged man's room upside down to find it - the man doesnt volunteer it to the kid more importantly...most teenage boys figure out what to do with their right hand while theyre looking at said publication without a pop megastar's assistance still, the jury is out, we will see. i think hes guilty but will be found innocent (i almost wrote "thought he would get off" but thats what got him into this mess.)

My nephew, that is 6 years old always wants to sleep in my bed when he is sleeping over. I let him, what's so weird about that? It's just sleeping, I actually think that MJ is innocent.

1. i think its weird when its the 46 year old making the request, not the 6 year old 2.would you invite his 6 y.o friends over to join the party in you bed? 3. 6 y.o and early-teens is very different. has your 13 yr old nephew outgrown this?

You're right, I wouldn't make the request. Especially not friends of my nephew. But I do believe that MJ is trying to make up for some sort of 'lost childhood'. I don't think he means any harm. The problem with this case is that he has a history of similar cases in the past. I didn't believe it before, I thought at the time they were purely trying to make money of of him. If my son would have been molested I wouldn't have accepted a settlement I would have wanted him in jail so he couldn't hurt other children anymore. Now he already has a 'mark' which makes it easier to squeeze more money out of him. I don't get the parents either, if you know he MIGHT have done it before, you would not send your kid to his house...

i totally agree - he is right at the bottom of the list if im ever looking for a babysitter. what is most interesting about this poll is the fact that 40% of the respondents believe that justice can be bought if you are famous enough and rich enough. the OJ effect I guess
