Yeah it happened to me about four or five times. Two of the times there was flirting beforehand but I hadn't gotten around to making a move and they asked to hang out / go on a date. When this happens, I'm just really happy because it means zero pressure and 100% guarantee of success.

The other times, it was girls I was not interested in. I generally either go on one date and keep it really platonic or just make excuses for not going on a date until they get the message. It is a pretty crappy situation.

yes, many women have asked me to leave. usually ends up in a call to the men in blue or a restraining order.

No. I'm pretty good at giving off the 'not interested' signals.

You get a couple of women on "ladies night out" at Clydes and you're all fresh-shaven and wearing your best glen plaid 3/Roll 2 with the antiqued Santoni's, you get propositioned every now and then.

Upscale suburban bar and grills FTW.

One girl offered to blow me in the bathroom of a bar if I'd buy her another drink. The bartender had cut her off.

Does that count?

I've been asked out by a girl.

It counts if I thought it was a girl at the time, right?

A date? Hell, my wife told me when it was time to get married. We'd been living together for about eight years, and she read the Bush had gotten the biggest part of the marriage tax penalty removal, made permanent. She said it was probably a good time to make it official, so we did.

^ same. after about 7 or so years, she said, i suppose we had better make it official. i shrugged.
