Watch Refurbishment in Washington, DC

I've got an Omega Seamaster that keeps time a little slow, and a vintage Paul Stuart watch (Swiss made, 17 jewel), that keeps time fast, has a scratched-up crystal and needs a general cleaning. Anyone have a recommended shop in DC?

I have heard good things about Gold-N-Time.  You may also want to check out Swiss Watch Works, at 1512 Wisconsin Avenue.  Both are dealers of vintage watches, and presumably repairers as well.  I have no personal experience dealing with either, however.

There is a wonderful store located in Dupont Circle, named, Gold-N-Time. They specialize in the repairs of vintage and antique watches, including modern. They have been voted by watch repair shop by Washingtonian Magazine and AOL. They warranty their work. Check them out! You won't be disappointed.

Related question: Is there a place that can do authorized Panerai work in or around DC?

(I'm asking for my dad, unfortunately I imagine it will be some years before I can afford a Panerai for my broke student self)
