Coat of Arms?

Looking for someone to design me a coat of arms for a project I am working on. Is there somewhere that still designs these? There are places on the web, but I want something hyper serious for non serious reasons.

I did one when I was like 10 or so -- I checked out every book on heraldry from the Library and did quite a fine job, very correctly. Of course, by the time I was 15 or so I realized how inappropriate it would be to ever use it for anything. Kind of unfortunate because it's still quite stunning. ~ H
