I don't have any sneakers right now. Anyone want to recommend a color for some PF Flyers?

It might help to know what model you're looking at. I have a pair of Center Hi's in Red. I think that and Natural are my favorite basic canvas colors.

Albins or Number 5s. I tried looking at Chucks the other day, but I can't pull the trigger on those bitches no more. There's so many nice looking colors for Flyers I dunno which one to get. The black, brown, plum, or ruby.

^I would say go up one full size, given the thickness of the PF insoles. I wear an 11 CT which fits snug, an 11.5 PF Albin is even more snug and chafes a bit on the heel. Should be just fine once they're worn more, but my next pair would be a 12. However this may vary on other PFs, I've only ever tried on these.
