My last two exes showed up at a gig that my friends were having at their place tonight. That's frustrating as hell. It wasn't any good seeing the the one from a few months ago. I'd made a point of a clean break just to help the healing process for the both of us. Seeing her again brought it all back, and that hurt like a motherfucker. I still love her.

The host said that they were only planning on staying there for half an hour or so, so I went out for a bite just to keep my sanity. They didn't leave, so I headed back to my place. I was going to be fucking a hot blonde bitch tonight, but now I don't even feel like sex. Mostly I'm just depressed. I'll be over it by the end of this weekend, and I'm starting tomorrow with a workout, but I would have liked to avoid this altogether. There's no lesson to be learned here. I already knew that seeing her would be a bad idea. I guess that this is just a chance for me to face minor adversity and grow as a person.

OK so I've been seeing my gf about 1-2 times a week because she's in nursing school. She's busy, I get that. Last time two friends were visiting and I wanted my gf to meet them and come out with us. My friends wanted to go clubbing and I obliged them, but my gf didn't want to go with us and instead went out with her girlfriends. Quite often she will have dinner with/go out with her friends instead of meeting me- She has never once invited me out with her friends to meet them.

I asked about her schedule this weekend, she said that tomorrow night (Friday) she's going to have dinner with some friends, Saturday afternoon around 2pm she'll be free and we can meet around then, but she'll be going out with her friends again at night, and Sunday she'll be busy studying. Rinse and repeat. I got pissed off and let her know why, because she not once invited me out with them, even as a courtesy invite, or had me meet her friends who she is spending all this time with. I told her I feel like I'm just an separate accessory to her life when it's convenient for her. Am I a stoopid moron for thinking like this?

^ I hear this a lot but from girls. I understand the reasoning behind it but the grass is always greener, my friend. If you went out with her friends, you'd be forced to make chit-chat and all that. I mean, unless you are the chatty type and don't mind.

Goddamnit now she's doing the thing where they bring up something else to deflect wrongdoing. She's turned it into a "I always go to your house even after I'm in class for 10 hours a day and you are complaining about a minor thing me not inviting you out? You never go to my house etc. etc." (she lives an hour away in the outskirts of HK) It's because her mom is super protective and she lives with her so I don't know what we'd do there.

Regardless I called her bluff and said "Ok let's make a compromise: I'll meet you wherever you want to meet and you invite me out once/introduce me to your friends", she didn't take me up on it.
