If you do decide to do starting strength and you think its easy please enjoy that feeling. I've been on it a bit and did squat 240x5x3 overhead 110x5x3 dead 285 x 5 dips 10x3 and I felt like I was gonna see Jesus. Maybe I'm just a wimp but that shit felt heavy.

Got some water and did a 1/4 mile cool down. 8 minutes of torture on the rowing machine, then a bunch of Cybex machines (overhead press, etc.). Whew.
