I tried several models over the course of a couple of seasons. Keep in mind I'm much shorter than you so something that is relaxed on your might look retarded on me, the 46 just doesn't sit right on my body and I'm pretty sure the 44 would be ok. There are some MMM jackets that looked cool on me in 48 but not this one. I had two occasions of getting that jacket at around $800 in a 46 and passed on both.

For the guitar players:

The Woolrich Woolen mills always has a bunch of nice stuff that I can't afford right now.

The Pour le Merite Tourbograph retails for 385k €. Not more than one per month is made and it will be limited to 101 produced.

I really want the blue EGxSF quick release belt... I wish I had the funds/was around back then.

Less ambitious than most on here, but I pulled trigger on the Filippa K Melton Coat with the bomber collar. Assuming it works out, next grail moves to the perfect leather jacket.

Very nice, I almost got this when it was on sale at Context. Definitely want to see a fit pic.

This is about clothing holy grails.

The iconic Margiela rider's jacket, as seen here on dismalfuture:

I've worn dismal's size 48, and it was the best fitting, most legit leather jacket I've ever worn - and that includes Cdiem and Rick Owens leathers. It's difficult (read: impossible) to find in a good size for a good price. The Viridi-Anne makes a decent knock-off but it's not the same.

My other holy grail is one I already own, the black Juun.J chesterfield coat with fur hood.

what makes the chesterfield coat grail-worthy? it looks pretty good and versatile. what are the details on this coat? i like that coat and the bless hooded one. i would really dig the chesterfield in navy with black fur hood.
