Trader Joe's carries canned smoked oysters. How would you serve 'em?

maybe diced with some red pepper minionette on a cracker?

In a seafood pasta, with fresh mussels, shrimp, and bay scallops.

Edit: depending on how smokey they taste. If they're really smokey, scratch the pasta idea.

They're pretty smokey. Here's how I eat them - this is some advanced late night drunken bachelor kitchen science right here: Spread a cracker with a thick layer of mayonnaise. Top with bread and butter pickle slice top with smoked oyster drizzle tobasco sauce eat in one bite, face over kitchen sink to avoid dripping oil and crumbs on floor.

Why do I have the idea that these taste like shit?

And if they don't I may have to try them.

Do tears of sadness from that dish clean the floor too?

I like em with wheat thins and cream cheese. Delish.

I eat TJ brand smoked oysters with rice, and tabasco at the ready. Add a beer and it is a kingly meal.
