I struggle to do a routing exercise just for the sake of exercise. If it isn't fun I have a tough time doing it. I used to be more active when I was younger BMX, Rollerblading, swimming etc. I need to find something fun to do that I will stick with that will help me get back in shape. Video tapes, going to the GYM just would not work for me very long. I would love to get swimming regularly but I do not have a local pool. I am not a lazy person I just have a hard time following through something that I am no passionate about. Any suggestions?

This was a gift from my boss. I kept it for a few months before I just sold it. It is pretty solid. Made in USA. You can't beat the quality. If I needed a sterling silver money clip I would buy a...

I just picked this up and I am pretty pleased. Just what I expected. I am pleased with the Bark. However, I wish it was a little darker. A great deal for $35. Comparable to other belts in the...

I really like the idea of crossfit, but I don't have money for memeberships and I have basically no workout equipment and oh ya I hate working out to work out. Maybe I should just give up Forget college take a job digging ditches. Afterall it would provide money and fitness and I am good at it.

You don't even have to do all crossfit, but try more interesting exercises - standing milpress, overhead snatches, etc.. Challenge the fuck out of yourself - you know, can i do 100 pushups in X minutes, how many pushups in a row, etc.. I pretty much do 50% heavy weights and 50% interesting shit that makes me faster, fitter, stronger, etc..

How many excuses is that in one post? Just get off your ass and move it. It's really not that hard.
