what?!? that's why i loved the original japanese series! besides the terrible dubbing for the judges appraisals. who doesn't love the OST for "backdraft" rambling through the closing credits?

They need to put back the original Backdraft theme song. It isn't Iron Chef without it.

Yes! I caught some of these a few months ago. I used to stay up until 2am watching Iron Chef when it was on Food Network years ago.
