Strip clubs in the US are the biggest ripoff. Not that I frequent these establishments but simply to belie the notion that a strip club is only for looking: in many Toronto strip clubs (as well as lots of other places in Quebec), you can get anything you want: a BJ for $100, or even more if you are so inclined. And the girls are smokin' hot! Nowhere else will you find such a selection of lovelies ready to get down and dirty with you for a few bucks.

I have heard from several other sources that the Toronto (or Montreal?) strip clubs were the best in North America.

+1 and it is all true. The girls are completely naked and you can touch them anywhere if you are discreet. The clubs have VIP rooms and you can imagine what goes on in there. High end clubs may have "rules". But in regular clubs, anything goes if you negotiate. Went with a hot chick (she is smart, very pretty with a killer body) and a few work buddies to a club once. She wanted to see first hand. It was a blast. We suspect she is a bi. Her best girl friend wanted to come but couldn't make it. We are looking to see if we can have another date.
One time a stripper asked a buddy of mine if he wanted any "extras". He asked "Are you paying me?" We were politely shunted for the rest of the night. LOL.

It is all fun, but don't take it seriously. The girls are there for the money.

Montreal has some kick ass clubs. The thing I like most about canadian strippers is they seem to eschew tattoos more than their american counterparts and seem-dare i say it-a little classier. My friends and I went quite a bit earlier in the decade when the exhange rate made it really worthwhile

Montreal - the French-Canadian women in Montreal are un-freakin-believable. The strip clubs and even escort services are stocked with girls that are easily in the 7/10 - 9/10 range and it's so accepted that they had ads in the back of the tourist guides in my hotel room.

I think strip clubs are a waste of money, but hey different stroke for different folks

I've been 4 times in my life. Sucks... but the girls at Camelot in DC are pretty nice. It's a straight up waste of money, especially coming from RI where prostitution is legal (bet you guys didn't know that).

When I was best man at my friends wedding I through I hotel party with some top shelf women. First time I was ever at one myself. It's hard to go back after that. Oh, and yes, that hotel party was in RI.

More guys need to take this advice.

My boss goes to a local club 4 nights a week on average. I feel bad, not because he can't afford it, dude's loaded. But he thinks he has these women wrapped around his finger, when it's really the complete opposite.

Do I think it's a waste? Not really, if you enjoy that sort of thing why not? I'm not going to judge. I spend hundreds of dollars on video games without even thinking twice, most people would probably consider that a waste. But me personally, I'd rather spend the money taking someone out to dinner. Again though, it's their money.

I find the topic of strip clubs to be very interesting. I enjoy going occasionally to view the psychology of it all. It has a variety of situations and people. I hate the high pressure sales from some of the girls and have gotten into some arguments with a few because they implied I am cheap. Most understand if you don't want them, someone else does. I also think more women should learn from strippers, or at least understand that guys want their women to be more affectionate. My wife is so hung up on her own insecurities that she hardly ever lets me look at her, let alone feel her up. Well, for a couple of bucks, a stripper will mot only let me look but will usually rub them on my face. For a $100 evening, I can get 3-4 beers (albeit overpriced at $7 ea.), a few lap dances with the girl of my choice usually letting me handle her to some extent, plus ~15 five second up close and personal stage performances from a variety of girls. So, for an evening, I find it pretty entertaining. I just worry about how I would be judged from co-workers, or friends of my wife... I probably average about twice a year, but more recently. I actually wish we could get past a lot of the issues with porn and prostitution. I wish prostitution were legal, I probably wouldn't have a relationship with a woman as they are too much of a pain in the ass. I would rather pay for what I want, when I want it, and not have to put up with all of the shit to get it!

Some strip clubs are nice, others aren't. For me, it all depends on the food or amenities offered. I always go toward the end of the night so that my friends don't end up driving drunk to go themselves, but I've never participated in any of the one-on-one stuff. I just recently learned that they were nude affairs in my current state of residence, actually.

I go when I'm having a wacky evening and I want to make it wackier.

When you've run out of other dumb shit to do and everyone is sloppy drunk, "TITTY BAR!!!" is always a good rallying cry and always a good time, especially if both sexes are in attendance.



I'd never go to one alone, that's creepster. They ARE much better in Canada though, even the crappy ones in Niagra.

My first "strip club" was actually a tent at the Missouri State Fair in 1968 . I was 14 and snuck in with my older cousin. The seating was made from bales of hay and the music was a sax player and drummer. There was a crusty old guy who was the MC. The women wore pasties and G strings. There were these big ol farm boys in bib overall and farm caps just loving it.

I've been a bunch of times. Not something I get a craving for but I find them fun most of the time under the right circumstances. First time I ever saw strippers was during private shows my fraternity threw for rushes called taco night (I was pretty naive then I thought tacos would actually be served). I remember I swore never to eat whipped cream again after that night. Been to strip clubs in Zurich, DC, and St. Martin. DC as you can imagine had theleast attractive ones and obv no body contact. HOWEVER, went to Crystal City Palace and got a full lap dance in semi-privacy by a stunning Mongolian that said she was a new dancer there. If we were interrupted I'm sure I could've had serious fun with her for $20 in ones. Strip clubs are most fun with a bunch of friends. I've never been alone and hope not to ever do that.

FYI, Camelot and Good guys are the best in DC. Camelot has prettier girls, Good Guys is a little rowdier.
