Did day 1 of P90X last night. Totally raped me; sore as **** today.

This weekend, planning on working on my dad's car; replacing oil pump seal on an 18 year old Pontiac.

Ordered a mixed case of Loring 2007 pinots, via the Netwebz.

Fired a vendor. That one hurt. Worked with the guy for over five years.

This thread should be pinned. It would be a manly thing to do.

I was interested in that P90X, what did your workout consist of?

Day 1 is chest and back. It was mainly a bunch of pullup/pushup/fly exercises. Nothing you couldn't figure out yourself online. Excel spreadsheets of the program can be found online (search p90x excel) that details the muscle-based workouts (i.e. non-cardio focused workouts). If you go to the gym regularly, or are familiar with fitness/workout techniques/form I wouldn't pay money for it (yay torrents). Today is pylometrics.

I have three large pots going right now with veal / chicken stock (don't know if it's sacrilege to the resident chefs, but yes, I've got both types of bones mixed in there). I'll wind with ~4 gallons of stock, which will be reduced, chilled and cut into cubes to freeze for sauces.

I tore out and replaced an old water heater with a bigger/newer one, cleaned out all the sediment from the plumbing fixtures, re-routed about seven feet of pipe, and did a little bit of other misc drainage and soldering.
