Had the chance to check out Catch, Hung's new restaurant in meatpacking. Seafood-centric. For apps we had tuna tartare ricecakes and crab stuffed calamari. For entree I had the snapper over lobster mashed potatoes and my date had the scallops. If I were to go again I'd do all small plates. Very cool atmosphere (boisterous crowd, great decor). Obviously had high expectations considering the executive chef, but I think this place will do very very well.
