I thrifted a sweater by the brand I LEVRIERI, seems a good quality merino wool, nice buttons, made in Italy.

Anyone heard of this brand before?

The brand I Levrieri  actually means, "greyhound" in Italian. The products are popular in Italy with a TM registered in the United States in 2007. They are owned by LUCA MAGLIERIE S.R.L. a clothing manufacturer.

Their site is located at: http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=it&u=http://www.lucamaglierie.it/&prev=/search%3Fq%3DLUCA%2BMAGLIERIE%2BS.R.L.%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dsafari%26tbo%3Dd%26rls%3Den&sa=X&ei=dRsLUY2fKafp0AGn2YHYCw&ved=0CDcQ7gEwAA

But you might want to hit "translate."

They are  a good brand. I myself thrifted a cashmere sweater today. I'd bought a similar one at Saks marked down from 472 and then returned it because I couldn't afford it. This sweater cost me about five bucks. Not bad and I'm very very happy.

Hope this helps.
