I spent a lot of time researching vitamins and supplements and for accessibility, I'd go with GNC Mega Men. Mega Men and Mega Men Sport is basically the same. The vitamins you find at Rite Aid are usually a waste of time. If you guys want something really advanced, google AOR Ortho-Core, though its a bit pricey.

I think that the quality of the brand of vitamins you are taking is almost just as important as choosing the actual supplements you will take on a daily basis. First, you should definitely be sure to take an appropriate multivitamin, meaning a men's vitamins for men and women should take a women's one. Men and women don't have the same needs, so they should take the same generic vitamins. I love the Rainbow Light vitamins because they are all food based and not synthetic. This allows them to be more easily digested and used by the body. They make a Men's One and Women's One, so you only have one pill daily, which I also like. I've also found them reasonably priced online as well. The GNC vitamins are fine, but they are just so over-priced, and I never shop there anymore. I always shop online for all of my supplements because I save so much this way.
