. i hope i don't fall into this category :[. im 5'10/130lbs but i do lift alot for my size and experience and i have good technique. my only thing is i can't stay off my blackberry while training lol. inbetween sets, even just 30 seconds on it texting...gotta have it. theres a few clowns at my gym, nothing of note though.
