Shiritaki (or however you spell it) noodles are supposed to be good and there is a brand of pasta called Dreamfields that's marketed as being low-carb in that a lot of it isn't digestible; in which case it would likely be lower calorie as well.

Whole wheat pasta is an abomination. It has more in common with Ritz crackers than noodles.

soy is a filthy crop in the us and has serious estrogenic effects for men. limit it to dipping your sushi in soy sauce.

yeah, no soy for me.

I fucking LOVE spaghetti, or any pasta with a good red meat sauce. I used to cook it all the time, but I gave up when I cleaned up my diet at the top of the year. I now have abs, for now it's a sacrifice I'm OK with.

I tried making the Zucchini strips, and that actually was not half bad. I also tried my from-scratch sauce on top of brown rice, and that makes for a decent combo as well, weird as it sounds. It's not the same as pasta but the gist is there.

that and, if your going to have saunce dont go with ragu and that shit. Try making home made sauce. No preservatives or any of that crap plus it tastes 100x better. Thats what my family does.
