I fucking LOVE spaghetti, or any pasta with a good red meat sauce. I used to cook it all the time, but I gave up when I cleaned up my diet at the top of the year. I now have abs, for now it's a sacrifice I'm OK with.
I tried making the Zucchini strips, and that actually was not half bad. I also tried my from-scratch sauce on top of brown rice, and that makes for a decent combo as well, weird as it sounds. It's not the same as pasta but the gist is there.
