i'm trying to improve my diet, and mainly trying to focus on a low calorie diet. aside from salad, the only tasty yet "healthy" meal i can imagine is spaghetti and marinara sauce (from pregro, ragu, etc.). Now, i could be quite ill informed, but is that true at all? Marinara sauce has veggies, no cream, and is full of simple carbs.
