best dirt bike for first timer

so im looking at buying my first dirt bike. i have ridden road bikes for about 2 years but never off road. im 5'10 and about 180. pretty sure i want a 4 stroke because i cant really be arsed mixing up fuel, and a street legal one would save a lot of hassle. anyone got any recommendations? probably be looking at a model a few years old say 2000 and later

this is probably not the place to ask. 4 stroke is correct though I wouldn't touch a two if I was you.
